Because each item is handmade with care, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at toptierrcrochets@gmail.com with photos.

You know I got you! I'll do my best to make it right, including repairs or replacements where possible. Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
