Because each item is handmade with care, and some are catered to size, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please don't hesitate to contact me within 7 days of delivery at toptierrcrochets@gmail.com with photos.

You know I got you! I'll do my best to make it right, including repairs or replacements where possible. Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty. You have up to two weeks to return your item. Thank you for supporting toptierrcrochets and always tier-up your style.
